Keynote
Moving Forward with Hope, Kindness, and Covid
Linda Clark
We are standing in the doorway of a brand new year, and we are changed from last January. And yet, hope is with us. As we look forward to what we will achieve in our work, in our families, and in our communities, let’s come together and talk about how we build trust and shine a light on our hope while we act with kindness.
It’s time to talk about how we weathered our challenges and how that fuels our skill of resilience. We can lift up kindness as a focus while still having the tough conversations, facing challenges as communities, and delivering outstanding performance and services.
We hope that you’ll take a few moments to think about what you are most hopeful for this year in your life and in your work. How do you experience and share kindness, and where do you hope to do that more in 2021? We can’t wait to see you for this shared time.
Breakout Sessions
Moving Forward
Linda Clark
Fresh from our keynote session where we’ve talked about hope and kindness, we’ll enter this breakout session focused on how we can apply techniques to build trust and drive connection. These techniques can help us close the gap that we may feel in virtual environments, elevate our relationships when we show up authentically, and operate with a focus on communication competency.
This breakout session is a fast-paced hour, and you’ll leave with a fresh focus on trust and your own goals for how you’ll enjoy more hope, kindness, and connection in 2021 through the lens of trust and resilience.
